| | What the hell do I want to do with my life? I still don't know. Here are the latest ideas:
Finish my coursework this quarter and FINALLY get on to research. That's why I went to grad school in the first place! I want to start meeting with my advisor at least twice a week, if he has time. Our conversations are very helpful, and much more inspiring than sitting around reading papers.
I have decided to attempt to simultaneously complete my music Bachelor's degree while finishing my masters in ME. What this means is that I'll be taking over 20 units each quarter for a while, and even then I might not make it. But I just can't live without music. I think I can take eight classes and do a recital and that will be enough. Hopefully.
Should I get a Ph.D? I still don't know. Hopefully by June I'll know. I DO know I have no motivation to study for the prelims.
